Have you always wanted to learn to juggle?
have you ever seen someone juggling, walking on stilts or riding a uni-cycle and said to yourself: “I can do that”
well, you can!
Juggling has been scientifically shown to:
*Improve concentration
*Improve co-ordination
*Increase dopamine levels
*Increase brain power
Come learn to juggle, pass clubs, contact juggle ride unicycle, walk on stilts, play diabolo and more!
*where: The “Up Chuck juggling club” Observatory community centre (Cnr station and Lower main rd Observatory, cape town : Entrance in collingwood rd)
*when: Every monday evening from 7-9pm
*bring: your self and any juggling gear you have! healthy snacks will be on sale and there will be balls and other gear for general use.
*Price: R75 for the two hours or R240 for 4 sessions
format:
First hour will be structured group lessons with individual attention tailored to each persons skill level
second hour will be open to learn and explore different modalities of performance skills, find a friend to pass with or practice new tricks and just have fun!
Ages: From 10 and up, everyone can get something out of juggling!
